Antoinette Venter

Financial Director

Antoinette joined Technistrut (Pty) Ltd. in 2010 in the roll of financial manager. She holds a B.Com degree in Accounting as well as a B.Com with Honours in Financial management. During her extensive career spanning over in excess of 30 years, Antoinette has been involved with the financial management of various large entities including public entities. Antoinette is tasked with the management of the Company’s financial affairs.

Jan Schwartz

Technical Director

Jan joined Technistrut (Pty) Ltd. in 1997 as senior Estimator/Designer in 1997. Jan holds a Diploma in Production Management. He was also awarded the Advanced Diploma in Roof Structure Engineering by Mitek SA (Pty) Ltd. He also holds advanced level diplomas in Mitek’s MI 2000 and 20/20 design software. Jan is further considered to be a Mitek Pamir software Champion. With over 30 years’ experience in various aspects of the roofing industry, Jan has established himself as one of the foremost Roof Structure Designers in the country. Jan is tasked with all technical and design aspects of Technistrut (Pty) Ltd.

Kobus Snyman

Sales Director

Kobus joined Technistrut (Pty) Ltd. in 1995 and worked his way up to become one of the top Technical Sales Representatives. Kobus holds a Diploma in Personnel Management. Kobus has a passion for sales and dealing with sales related affairs. He is passionate about dealing with people in- and outside of the organisation. He has honed his craft in a career in the Roofing Industry spanning over more than 25 years. Kobus is tasked with managing the sales and after-sales component of the Company.

Willem van Niekerk

Operations Director

Willem joined Technistrut (Pty) Ltd. in 2007 as Estimator/Designer. He holds B.Iur  and B.Proc degrees. Willem was also awarded the advanced Diploma in Roof Structure Engineering by Mitek SA (Pty) Ltd. He also holds Advanced level Diplomas in Mitek’s MI 2000 and 20/20 Design software. Willem has been involved in all aspects of the roofing industry in a career spanning in excess of 20 years with an intermittent 8 year stint as Attorney. He is currently tasked with managing the manufacturing and operations of the Company.
